Attention !!! |
The Fusion-SF classes feature high intensity workouts performed through the use of non-traditional exercises with the Russian kettlebell serving as the cornerstone for all workouts. By combining multiple exercise modalities with Russian kettlebells, our trainees build complete strength and balance, as well as superior conditioning. Our classes are excellent strength and conditioning sessions if performed as a trainee's sole form of exercise and also serve to complement any combat sport that you may be involved in whether it be Wrestling, Krav Maga, Jiu-jitsu, Muay Tai, Boxing, or MMA just to name a few. ...
Fusion-SF classes combine multiple forms of exercise in order to subject the trainee to a variety of exercise protocols which keeps the body guessing and forcing it to respond by becoming stronger and better conditioned.. |

"FIGHT OF THE YEAR" -
TERRI BLAIR VS JILL EMERY
Female Super Lightweight (140#)
Champion: Terri Blair (Louisville, KY)
"Fight of the Year" honors went to Terri Blair and Jill Emery who slugged it out at the Tachi Palace in one of the most exiting women's bouts to happen in Lemoore. Blair was victorious as she edged out a split decision. "That bout between Blair and Emery was a match up of contrast styles which made for a very entertaining fight. Slugger versus boxer, it could have gone either way. I'm hoping to get them back for the rematch."
