TERRI BLAIR VS JILL EMERY

Female Super Lightweight (140#)
Champion: Terri Blair (Louisville, KY)
"Fight of the Year" honors went to Terri Blair and Jill Emery who slugged it out at the Tachi Palace in one of the most exiting women's bouts to happen in Lemoore. Blair was victorious as she edged out a split decision. "That bout between Blair and Emery was a match up of contrast styles which made for a very entertaining fight. Slugger versus boxer, it could have gone either way. I'm hoping to get them back for the rematch."
